Conditions De services
1. Prestations proposées- Décrire précisément l'illustration souhaité ; Character design, mood board, description de l’ambiance.
- L’artiste a le droit de refuser une commande si ca va à l’encontre de ses capacités ou de ses valeurs.2. Propriété intellectuelle- L'illustrateur conserve les droits d'auteur sauf accord spécifique.
- Interdiction au client d’ultisier mes oeuvres aux but commerciale
- Interdiction pour le client de revendre ou modifier les œuvres.
- Interdiction d’utiliser mes oeuvres pour but d’alimenter les intelligences artificiels.3. Devis et paiement- Le devis peut-être demandé avant toute prestation.
- Modalités de paiement : acompte ( entre 40-50 % à la commande) et solde à la livraison.
- Moyens de paiement acceptés (virement, PayPal, Ko-fi ). Veuillez prévoir 4% pour les Taxes paypal et ko-fi.4. Délais et livraisons- L’artiste vous précisera par mail le délai estimé pour chaque projet.
- Format des fichiers autorisé: PNG, JPEG uniquement.
- Retards possibles en cas de circonstances imprévues, avec communication préalable.5. Révisions- Nombre de révisions incluses dans le tarif. ( Revision Maximum pour les illustration uniquement : 1 )
- Frais supplémentaires pour des modifications au-delà du nombre inclus.6. Confidentialité- Engagement à ne pas partager les projets confidentiels sans accord du client.7. Résiliation- Conditions pour annuler une commande : annulation avant le début du travail, frais pour le travail déjà effectué.8. Utilisation des œuvres dans le portfolio- L’illustrateur se réserve le droit d’utiliser les œuvres dans son portfolio ou pour des publications sur les réseaux sociaux, sauf interdiction explicite du client.9. Limitation de responsabilité- L’illustrateur n’est pas responsable des dommages résultant d’une mauvaise utilisation des œuvres par le client.

Terms of Services
1. Proposed services
- Precise description of the illustration required; character design, mood board, description of the atmosphere.
- The artist has the right to refuse a commission if it goes against his abilities or values.2. Intellectual property rights
- The illustrator retains copyright unless otherwise disagreed.
- The client is prohibited from using my work for commercial purposes.
- The client is prohibited from reselling or modifying the works.
- Prohibition to use my works for the purpose of feeding artificial intelligence.3. Quotation and payment
- A quotation may be requested before any work is carried out.
- Payment terms: deposit (between 40-50% on order) and balance on delivery.
- Payment methods accepted (bank transfer, PayPal, Ko-fi ). Please add extra 4% for PayPal and Ko-fi taxes.
4. Deadlines and deliveries- The artist will inform you by e-mail of the estimated delivery time for each project.
- Authorised file formats: PNG, JPEG only.
- Possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.
5.Revisions- Number of revisions included in the price. ( Maximum revision for illustrations only : 2 )
- Additional charges for modifications beyond the number included.
6. Confidentiality- Undertaking not to share confidential projects without the client's agreement.
7. Cancelling an order- Conditions for cancelling an order: cancellation before work begins, charges for work already carried out.
8.Use of works in the portfolio- The illustrator reserves the right to use the works in his portfolio or for publication on social networks, unless explicitly prohibited by the client.9.Limitation of responsibility- The illustrator is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the works by the client.
